Default another redirect question

hello,
i have a few domain names that i have pointing to different pages on my site, they are product specific urls. the company i used to purchase the names from (abc-reg) offer either cloaked or un-cloaked fowarding the cloaked uses a frameset to disguis the page to look like the product specific url. Is this a bad option to use? should i use the uncloaked option, i didn't know if this would be classed as a doorway page if it jusat takes you to a different page.
thanks,
mark

"an example is www.log-cabins.co.uk, this is the product specific url that redirects to my cabins section of my hallgate timber site"

Default I'm confused.

I checked out that page. I don't see any redirection or framesets. It returns a status code of 200 with all the HTML / CSS on it. Is that really what they're doing? That's just creating duplicate content if that is the case.

Default quite a gamble

If your not sure if your site will be classified as a "doorway" I would say your best bet would be to try it another way (301 redirect) No one can say for sure if the SE's will consider this black hat or not.... but if your not sure that's quite a gamble your taking

I was looking for an answer for a similar question but i'n not certain if you mean the same. My question is: does it have any negative effect when you register an extra domain (for instance: www.traintravel.com) and then place a frameset on that domain where you load in the middle frame your normal domain (for instance: www.travel.com). Ofcourse the frameset will be optimized for that domain. I'm possibly asking something that has been asked before but i could not find an answer.

Default Frameset = low relevance

Frames pages have a lower relevance because they can easily be manipulated for spam reasons. Framesets are not the best way to handle additional domains. Always keep in mind that your homepage can't be everything, but that's what a frameset tries to do (watch the address bar while you navigate your site.)
