Google will still index pages with operators in them. How long has your site been up?
Lately google has been picking up the homepage, and then picking up the rest days or weeks later. You also have to have links into the site before anything beyond the first page will be indexed. You might also try the google sitemaps feature. |

Google does not index all pages in one step it distribute the whole work in 2-3 steps. Also try to avoid operator as dynamic pages take more time for getting spidered

That's exactly what I've seen for any site I've developed, the homepage gets indexed first. The rest is only a matter of time, a couple weeks should do it.
However you may also want to try getting IBL's directly to inner pages, if possible. I have seen that expedite the process slightly, on 2 occasions (not enough for the observation to be very scientific, though). Coincidence or not, it still wouldn't hurt. Bottom line is, inner pages will still get picked up in a few weeks or less.
