Don't forget that Google recommends having a maximum of 100 links on a sitemap page. I've seen sitemaps with a lot more links that still get spidered, but just play it safe

Have you used this software? If so does it do what the author says it does?

I've used it couple of times and it pretty much does what it says. again, this is a freeware, and it's free of charge. it wouldn't hurt to give it a try
