Default mamma.com, exactseek.com??

Hi there:

I lately read newsletters from exactseek.comand mamma.com - and found that they offer PPC ads. I know them for quite sometimes and interested on their service. However, what I concern is their market.

Is anybody out there know their market - like how many search per month for keywords "bali" or "indonesia".

Thanks alot

Default Small market = good value

They've got a small market. The phrases we've bid on in Google and Overture (spending 1000's/month) have had so little traffic on Mama's PPC that $50 has lasted us 18 months already.

But I don't care, because that just means that we're getting some qualified traffic driven to our sites for a few dollars per month. At that rate, 1 - 2 sales per year pays for it, so when I saw 4 in the first month I've kept it running. It's not about quantity... it's about quality. PPC is just an awesome way to go (from any site regardless of volume) for this type of traffic.

Default Keywords Tools

Hi Brian:

That's just what I am thinking about. I do not mind if they have smaller readers. But do you think they have a keywords tool like the one offered by overture or google ads?

Thanks

Default Haven't seen one

I haven't seen a tool that tells traffic level predictions. They seem pretty low-tech at this point, but I'm sure someday they'll catch up with the rest of the PPC world.

Mamma is Teoma/Lycos/AskJeeves/Hotbot and other spin offs. I did a ppc on Mamma 2 years ago, knowing that my $25 would never be used as I'm in the UK. Go to www.Teoma.com and read how to get listed, this is not a SE submission thing, it is a valuable insight. Search my key words on mamma 'Right to Buy'you will see that my sponsered add is still top, but you will see that I am also top in my own right. This made me top on Ask Jeeves too. HotBot feeds Google searches and has bought in a lot of new business. Also look at small ppc on www.Turbo10.com and www.7search.com
