Achieving a top 5 ranking for a your keywords...

Recently I optimized one of my websites for the term "Stamped Concrete" and on MSN I was #1 and somedays I would slip down to #2 or #3. Well, that was a pretty awesome ranking considering the competition..but me being the hard headed brute that I can be just HAD to have the #1 position so I tweaked the page a little more...I mean just ever so slightly and and them WHAM my site disappeared practically (slipped down to position #12). Any advise on this SEO would be welcome!http://www.affordableconcretecontractors.com
