Default DMOZ Syndication

Good day all,
I just got one of my sites in dmoz. I did search around and I found that dmoz is being synducated around tens, if not even hundred of pages.

My question is, is there any service that does this syndication with a certain time frame or any other evidence of behavior of these who use dmoz as extra source for theirs pages?

I am asking this, because at current moment
dmoz is up to date, but these all other directories who uses dmoz contet has still same old versions of it.

Thanks,
Sandy

Its closer to 4000 other sites use DMOZ as their directory.

No.

DMOZ produces an RDF dump of its directory http://rdf.dmoz.org/ on a weekly basis.

Its up to the downstream users of that database (eg Google, AOL, ScienceDaily etc, etc ---- ~4000 of them) to download and use that data whenever they feel like it. Some do it weekly; Google hasn't done it for a couple of months; some have not done it for years. DMOZ has no control over when they do it.

Thanks.

Usefull answer.

Even 5-10% out of these 4000 sites would mean a significant backlink boost.
