Default Software RSS to Blogs or website automatically

I recently found a neat little software that can post "keyword" oriented RSS feeds to your personal or work blog automatically:

http://www.rsstoblog.com/

I was wondering if anyone uses any free, third party softwares like this or if someone has written a script that does this and made it free for public use.

I'm currently using a few different scripts that use RSS feeds to help populate content on sites. Some are custom scripts, while others are a custom version of RSStatic.

As far as SEO is concerned, the biggest problem you'll run into is the problem with duplicate content.

I argue about duplicate content, haven't yet seen a direct evidence of this. And anyway, imagine the news, they are spread all ower the world, hundreds, if not thausands of websites. And you know what, everything works smoothly!

Default New to RSS

I know that SE'seat these up, but I don't currently use any of them, last time I one I got hit with a few hundred gambling and porn links before I noticed.

Can anyone make a suggestion for one that doesn't easily get link spammed?
