Working on a new search engine/Directory

I am currently in the process of creating a Directory/Search engine and I know every dirty trick in the world of SEO. Even the ones that Google and Yahoo! can't seem to pick up.

I am going to make my algorithm completely undetectable but the thing about it is that I can use the assistance of a corporate psychologist.
Any here?

I am also curious of how to make a Directory similar to DMOZ except that there will not be any volunteer editors for reasons we can all read about here at WPW or anywhere else. I am open to suggestions on alternatives.
