Is Google spiders less active this month?

i've noticed that the google spider is much less active this month than previous months, have any of you seen this happen in your stats too ?

March 2005 stats
Inktomi Slurp - 1567+1657
Googlebot - 2885+142
MSNBot - 1532+466

February 2005 stats
Googlebot - 7306+231
Inktomi - Slurp 2065+1492
MSNBot - 2356+504

January 2005 stats
Googlebot - 6769+185
Inktomi - Slurp 1782+1240
MSNBot - 1896+493

If this is the case, then i'd also like to know why and how does this affect us ?

I have noticed the spider less active this month, with my homepage only being re-cached every now and then as apposed to every day before.

A PR update coming?

The spiders woke my site up last week, spidering all 500+ pages. It only had 7 pages cached then 500+

I fed them nicely, they have no more room for your sites.

Yes a pagerank/backlink? update is definately happening right now. Look at all the grayed out bars for sites and the different PRs in the databases.
