Default Is using //gotlinks//com// Good or Bad?

Hi, can anyone tell me the damage (if there is any) of using a program like gotlinks?

I had a pagerank of 2 yesterday. I added the gotlinks program yesterday afternon and today I have no pagerank. Are they related bearing in mind the last date on a cache from google was 19 Mar 2005 07:12:55 GMT.

Hi,
I was wondering why every post has a reply and mine doesnt.

Hello Ian,
Welcome to the forum. Sometimes questions don't get answered for a few day. It could be that no one knows of that program. I think linking should be done the old fashion way. Hours and hours of emailing people for link request, or I also go to linkpartners. I do think programs for links may hurt. I am not sure. Hold out, someone that knows will answer. Some times we don't get an anwser. If that happends go to the top of the page, to the quick search and type in "gotlinks" there may be some info on it.

Welcome Ian!

I'm not familiar with gotlinks. My thoughts are very similar to those of Maureen C. Find and develope your links by hand. Link to content your visitors might find useful. Create content folks will want to link to. Worry less about PR and more about content.
