Default Grey PR on Google

When I do a search on google for some keyword, the PR is grey. Doesnt this mean this search had no relevance to what I searched for or is Google still broke? I never paid attention. Before the Florida thing I thought the search results had it's own Pr.
Can anyone clarify this?

Hmmm.. I could be wrong but I think it's always been that way. Since the results pages for each search are created on the fly, it's hard to see how they could have a page ranking...
