Nicely done and interesting results.
Not sure how practical the suggestion is, but perhaps some tips/comments about how to interpret the report would be useful i.e. what should I look for? what "red flags" should I worry about? what does/should a well done (SEO'd) site show? etc.
Or, if nothing else, some suggested links to sites that offer such answers could be incorporated.

Best of luck with it. Ought to prove a popular/useful tool.

how do you evaluate for multi-word keywords with this thing? didn't find any of the keywords on my homepage, and I practically stuffed it.

I've seen tools like this on a few other sites and they didn't seem as useful either...especially when you can get a free copy of WebCeo.
