Default Im not getting indexed

Can someone please help me out. I have been working on my site for the longest but it hasn't been properly indexed properly by any on the bots that make there way to my site.

My site is mainly for unsigned music artist. So lets say you preform a search for Hasan Sallam. You'll get resluts showing all the sites that he's on except mine. And he's on my first page. We also feature models on the site to and if you preform a serach useing one of their names you'll get results showing all the sites that they are on except mine and the model section of my site is the most viewed.

Can someone take a look at my site (and/or the code) and tell me what im doing wrong. I would likek the bots to deep crawl my site and index all that i have if that's possible.

You can check it out at www.rocdamic.com

Default maybe so

Maybe so, but what does that have to do with anything? The landing page IS apart of my site and it links to the rest of my site. The bots do make their way past the landing page and make their way to the site's main page but thats as far as they go. So are you saying because of my landing page the bots won't index my site. I see plenty of sites get indexed that have a landing page like the one i have. I don't understand.....

When you get links do you get them pointing to your home/landing page, or to the page where your content really starts?

If to the homepage, then you will do better to nuke that landing/spash page and put your real first page there, otherwise you are sort of teasing the search engines.

Plus on a human factors note, splash pages are either cute or annoying the first time a visitor sees them, after that they are just annoying.
