Thank you for this valuable link -- he cuts through the b.s. and defines terms and concepts clearly. One of the best that I've seen that defines what is good and what isn't from a broad perspective. Defintely useful when trying to sort through terminology and/or multiple words used to describe the same type of issue, e.g., spam. I kept getting hung up on spam = email and couldn't understand how it applied to website optimization.
