Ok, my 2 cents:

Code:
<TITLE>Petals & Lace Lingerie - Welcome</TITLE>
<meta name="keywords" content="womens lingerie, Valentine lingerie, petals and lace, lace lingerie, lingerie, sexy lingerie, bra, panties, romantic, shop, shopping, stockings, thong, lace, fantasy, catalogue, sleepwear, plus sizes lingerie, cayman islands, ">
<meta name="description" content="Petals and Lace invites you to indulge in a heavenly experience by shopping at our intimates e-store offering sexy lingerie collections in petite and plus sizes.">
seems mostly ok to me. KEYWORDS dont matter anyway (though for spam's sake I would take out those multiple "lingerie"), and the DESCRIPTION could be more to the point. Some engines show only the first x words of the DESCRIPTION in the SERPs, so you better talk straight.
The TITLE should include the word "shop", I would say. And scrap that "welcome". TITLE can have 64 characters, use that space wisely.

forget about meta "organization", "copyright" and "revisit-after". Just wasted space. Throw them out.

change "robots" from "all" to "index, follow"

"language" should contain "en-en" or "en-us" AFAIK ... someone correct me if i'm wrong.

And: put your styles in a css file.

Last thing: You got 83 (!!) errors in your HTML code, so go validate your page.

I beg to differ on the "revisit-after" tag. It's one of the best in my opinion and I know for a fact the BIG 3 SE's take notice of it!

No search engines support or takes any notice of this tag except for the only search engine it was developed for (If forget which one, but it is a regional SE based in Vancouver).

We do not use it, and the bots of google, msn and yahoo visit us frequently, googlebot happens to visit us up to five times a day.

It simply depends on how often you update your pages.
