Foreign name on my site address !!!!!! - Help

Hi all
I host a website for www.witt-tree.com - They are a firm of tree surgeons in Wiltshire. I have always had them in top spot for Google etc, but they have just dropped to page 3 !!!!!
Doing search for Tree Surgeons Wiltshire I get the following in Google >>>>> (It has some French site listed at bottom of search details... Any suggestions please?????)
