Have you changed the site since they said that? If I’m understanding the statement correctly, I’d say you had the opposite problem on your front page!

Looking at the meta tags for your front page, you have a huge list of keywords with a lot of repetition. The words ‘personalized’ and ‘gifts’ each appear eleven times – try to use each targeted keyword once.

But then on your sub pages you don’t have any keyword meta tags at all – which is fine – it’s better to have no tags, than to be repetitive!

But an even better solution would be to split up that huge list of keywords and use some on every page. Optimize one of your pages for ‘personalized custom made gifts’ and another page for ‘personalized office gifts’, etc.

Also you can cut out the following tags, FrontPage adds them, but they’re not necessary and if you remove them FrontPage will not add them back:
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 5.0">
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">

Good luck with your site!

hi , thanks for the tips, am shamefully aware of that keyword issue and have been spending days working on it on all my inner pages,optimizing each page for specific keywords, working back to m homepage as it seems to be the most daunting...thanks for Frontpage tips as well regarding those tags...perhaps I will submit for a review once I try to clean up my "mess"...Hunter

One of my pet peeves is people who invent unecessary vague terms.

I have no idea what a header level word count is but it would help communications people could just say simple things like:

Add more keywords to your page title

(which given the 2-62 ideal count is what I suspect they were trying to say)
