automatic submission

Hello all

This is my first post, so i'm sorry if this subject was already covered.

I read the thread about free directories...SUPER

My questions is: how can I submit to these directories besides the manual one by one method ?

You don't. Do it manually. They all ask for the same information, so you only really have to write it once and just copy it in from an editor.
