Default What a difference a "space" makes!
I have been trying to find where my site is on google,When I typed "courseinmiracles" I am number one. when I typed "course in miracles" I wasn't anywhere to be found...
Does anyone know how can improve this ?

Put that keyword in your title tag and visable text and a H1 tag and resubmit soon?

Go to the best ranked sites for you keyword and copy what works.

Achieve incoming links with "Course in Miracles" as the anchor text (link text).
