Does anyone have a list of directories where you should list a new blog and/or RSS feed?

Depending on your blog's topic, you can usually get it listed in many places that's related to your topic, including directories that have categories that aren't specific to blogs.

DMOZ.org has a good listing of places to get your blog listed here and there are even blog search engines and other blog directories here at Google.
