relevant key phrases

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to analyse the relevant key phrases that people search for within a chosen theme.
For example if I sell chandeliers which one is the most relevant key phrase:
- chandeliers for sale
- chandeliers UK
- antique chandeliers
- etc.
How can I know which one is the most used and so the one to concentrate on getting a good position?
What I do at the moment is checking the stats and see, but I would like to know it before starting, before the site is indexed with search engines.

Download Good Keywords from http://www.softnik.com/ -- it's free. It will show you stats for keyword searches in Overture, etc. For instance, from the top 100 searches including "chandelier":

1. chandelier 41832
2. crystal chandelier 11585
5. candle chandelier 3126
8. antique chandelier 2418
100. chandelier on sale 238
?. chandelier uk 48

A good balance of volume and specificity is what works best for me. Easier to convert traffic that is already looking for a specific product.
