Today I was contacted by an online directory just35.com
They were trying to sell a paid listing placement in one of the categories they have which would be linked to my site and claim to be able to put a certain amount of visitors my way. It was quite a hard sale pitch and as I do get a steady stream of offers for SEO and other similar advertising from other companies I thought it would be useful if I were able to find out how to validate the company’s claims about the quantity of traffic they receive. Can anyone help with this?? Not just to find out about this company, but so I can make informed decisions in the future. I also looked into this company further and found the following site just35.biz which is passing on a negative experience of this company. I also noticed that they have an over 18 content section. Would listing on a site like this damage search engine rankings? Is this spam? Apologies, if this is posted in the wrong section. |

SPAM !!!!!
I have looked at many sites offering links for $$ or back links and if you look carefully their link pages are not even accessible from the home page or any other page for that matter. And networks that do actually receive good traffic usually over charge for listings. The more traffic and established the higher the cost. Some of the links my clients purchase cost upwards of $600 a month and these sites charge upwards of $2000 a month for feature links/sponsors but dependant on your industry these links can be worth it I have hade 1 place Google placements on single key phrases off of a link. |
