Default Opinion and or Advice

I have an opportunity to exchange links with several sites that have high PR's and an above average Alexa rating. Unfortunately the content is in no way related to my sites. I have always traded links with sites that compliment my own, and I am riding the fence on this one.

Note all PR's are from 5-8 Alexa ratings above 100 000.

Any comments, suggestions or opinions are appreciated.

If you can get links with good anchor text from PR6, PR7, and PR8 pages (not sites), go for it. For ranking purposes, relevence is irrelevent.
