I have been optimizing a website about electronic document management www.docustaff.com. When I search for "document conversion dallas" in Yahoo.com from Spain, Docustaff is result number 5. When my rep in Dallas makes the same search in Yahoo.com from Texas, Docustaff appears in result number 33 for the same search topic. Can anybody explain why there is such a big difference? Thank you!

Yahoo is using a geo targeting concept where local content is given a boost in rankings. You are seeing this in operation, where there are more relevant local results in the dallas area than in Spain.
