Yes i believe that pr is really important because it is easer for you to link trade to a quality site if your site has a high pr. My trainer teach me that. And i still remember his advice. Thanks to sir ron :P

you can also trade link even if you got PR 0. Just add another service for that person. lets say you give him 2 links in PR 0 site or blog plus a review.

Free directories with PR5 and up are virtually impossible to find anymore. If you don't mind paying, then that's a different story. Good luck with your search.

I'm running several directories these days..

Deep Link Directory : It's a pay directory, but cheap, to keep the spammers away. And you can link to any page on your website.. And we allow multiple submissions in different categories..

Linkerbation : My fun directory.. It's tied to my new blog on link building.. It's free for now, but the acceptance rate is very low with a high quality requirement for the site being listed.

Lunker Links : Very niche specific, fishing websites only.. It's free right now, but if you aren't fishing related don't bother, I domain and IP ban on that directory and your domain get's passed around for deletion elsewhere.

If you are in to bid directories, give Directory Bid a shot.. It's new but being heavily promoted.

Do these "no name" directories actually pull any weight with search engines? Is there link quality with them?

If so, is there a service that will submit to these at a reasonable cost that is legit? I see website all the time that say $29.95 and we'll submit to over 1000 directories. Somehow, I think it is bull****.

I have been warned away from these multiple directory submission sites, pay them a one off pay and they will submit your site to 100+ directories etc.
