How do I increase traffic? Any tips

Hi I'm quite new to web design. Would appreciate any tips to increase traffic and also how do I create an easy to use link page?

Any responses are appreciate :)

I don't know how it happened, but when I clicked your link I ended up on java.sun.com. I imagine it is because of the FPHover at the bottom of the page. But, honestly I have never seen that happen before.

In order to increase traffic, my first suggestion would be to use the codes based upon the standards. FrontPage doesn't follow standards and MS doesn't have plans on following them.

The second thing would be to clean up your <head> information and remove the extraneous information.

I checked the codes of a few pages and the only I found, in that batch, with Meta data was the index page. You may want to clear that problem up.

Another problem I noticed was your page titles. For example, on your AbrasiveWheels page, you have a title of AbrasiveWheels. I would think that "Abrasive Wheels Safety Training" would be a better title for the page. Also, include an <h1> at the top of the page that mirrors the page title.

Those two elements would help.

Aditionally, I would recommend a print/radio/television advertising campaign. You will also want to send out brochures to the types of organizations that may need your services.
