I have a few domain names and I want to run sub domains branded by what they will be offering.
ie, collectibles.mydomain.com or videos.mydomain.com Before I get started and dump a bunch of time in them I have a question, I hope someone can answer, how will Search Engines handle the sub domains? Would it be better to register collectibles-mydomain.com or collectiablesmydomain.com and just run them as separate domains? thanks |

Probably the same way that Google handles it own subdomains:
http://news.google.com/ http://images.google.com/ http://froogle.google.com/ http://answers.google.com/answers/ etc ie - should not be a problem, generally. CBP |

Subdomains are considered as a seperate standalone domains, not a part of your site.
