There is nothing to stop a site using a control panel like cpanel from ranking well, but I suspect what you are talking about is that your site is one of those all in one design, hosting, ecommerce sites, and that could be a part of the proble,.
After looking at your site, I do wonder about your hosting, your server header is identifying your server type as e3 (which I know nothing about) not Apache or IIS and does not serve a last modified date, which some spiders prefer to save them indexing time.
Your pages seem to spider OK, though.
I find 46 of your pages indexed in Google, but only 16 in Yahoo and none in Alltheweb. When I spider your site I find 644 pages, but I find 288 broken links which return a 204 (no information to return).
Bottom line is that there are lots of broken links, which might be discouraging the spiders since for some reason the great majority of your pages are not making it into the index even though there seem to be more than 60 sites linking to you.
I would suggest that you first of all get the broken links fixed and if that does not improve the spidering move your site onto a standard type of hosting.
