What Other Search Engines Should You Worry About Besides Google, Yahoo, and MSN

I was just curious on besides the main three which search engines are worth worrying about? Really the only four I could think of would be alta vista, lycos, aol, and ask jeeves well mabye hotbot. Are there any up and coming search engines that are worth worrying about?

you forgot to say Alltheweb and Ezilon .. these are also good engines other than you mentioned

Wasn't AllTheWeb taken over by Yahoo?

What about Ask? I know they were "taken over" so-to-speak by G. I don't see any Ask forums around here.

Bing is just a new shell for MSN Live with some new features.

right now bing is not giving relevant results...still a long way to go for MS

None. I use just Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

I don't like Bing--I love it! The video search with mouse-over preview rocks, and I am advertising on Bing, and getting good results.

Interestingly, a week or so ago, I was seeing serps that were very similar between Google and Bing. That's changed for me, now.

I rank #1 for one two word and another three word keyword phrase in Google. Until recently, I was #1 or #2 on Bing for the same keyword phrase. Today, I find that my 3 word phrase has dropped to #3 position (no big deal), but that my two word phrase doesn't even show up in Bing's first 200 results!

In terms of things that drive my SEO efforts, I'd like to see a little more stability than that.

Google, Yahoo and Bing are the ones that I relate to. Others simply do not exist for me. I still use some other tools but not search engines.

I don't worry about others. But if your site targets Chinese market, you should also consider Baidu.
