Use a Keyword Relevant Post Title
Make sure to use your keywords in the post title. For example if you are making a topic on Link Building make sure you have the keyword Link Building in the title of your post also.
Use Keyword in alt and Image Titles
Make it a habit to insert an image in almost each post of yours and give an alternative text for each image. For example if you are making a post on Link Building insert a image related to link building and add alternative text to it : Link Building.
Build Quality Backlinks
As soon as you see you are going down in Search Engine Ranking Position. Don’t panic! Most people panic and get someone hired to check whats going on. I’d say stay calm and just concentrate on quality backlinks slowly slowly your will gain back your Search Engine Ranking Position.

I think the posting of an image in every post is not a good idea. There are
submission sites that does not allowed images on their site, mostly they are
more on links.

yeah... backlinks are so important at the moment as everyone is going nuts just creating crazy backlink networks !

what I have learned, good content for google is very important. also ich say: the best seo is quality content.

Another great way to increase page rank is to submit articles to article directories.

Can you explain how should someone do that, instead of droping just one line here? Do you mean, just write an article and submit it to different article directories? If not, what do you mean?
