I have restored the rep point - but.... In directory submissions may I suggest a 'either or recip link'

Unless a site that points out of my site is based on anchor text, landing page keywords and has relevance that can potentially be seen as 'on topic' I would never submit on a recip basis. But, at least you are participating in the right spirit.
