Default Have you heard of the DigiXmas semi automated directory submission tool?

Has anyone used the DigiXmas semi automated directory submission tool? It works by creating an account with them, downloading some software, logging into your accoount via the software, adding a website or two, then going through a whole list of directories to complete the submission form for you. You have to enter the captcha number a lot of the time and you can manually select which category you would like to submit the website to.

The free version is quite limited (pr0 directories only), but you can upscale and pay for different levels. You can't just let it run, you have to site at the computer and "approve" each submission, which I kind of like.

I have been testing it on one site today, but I would like some further feedback on it. Anyone else used it?

Nope. not me. some say, it hurt our pr. whatever that mean but, I 'd rather ride the hard way while i 'm in full control instead of some automation which for sure i 'm not. Not to mention that, this isn't automated yet. It's semi right?
be safe, alright buddy..

Yep use it all the time to get basic links- Now I know people run from anything that sounds has the words automated associated with it but IMO this with this you control the title and description which is submitted to the search engines and it also allows you to submit to the category of your choice.

So what make it worth while? It can learn and make educated guesses as to which category your site should be submitted to, remembers your choice of several titles and descriptions and inputs them for you and brings the captchas into the program in a much more readable format.

Bottom line is that you can submit to more than 100 directories in a day, saving you gobs of time. The disadvantage is that it only works in automated mode with a fixed list of about 1800 directories.

yes, I use it. The free version is not limited to pr0 directories They only give you a pr0 directories list. But you can make a list, or import one .

Also, if you don't have a custom directory list ... stil...go to FILE > Open Directory List > and then select "manual directory list" and from Niche choose General .. and then Open .. and booom, you have a big list arranged by PR, from 8 to 0.

But on this list submission is semi-automatted, it's better this way.. the program open the directory, you surf until you find the right category, and click "submit link". Then the software complete the fields for you, you need to write the captcha word, and that's it.

I encountered the same look and feel that you guys had but it's not a software, it is an online directory of directories.. What usually happens is that, directory webmasters submit their directories to this directory. Then this site has a mechanism that enables you to submit though it to the site you wish to submit on the list.. Pretty much interesting but I don't trust it, what I did was copied each and every directory link and manually do the submission.. I am just not so sure if that directory really does submit entries from their submission form to the intended directory based on users selection. I am actually trying to stress out here that manual submission would still be the best to go.. Cheers everyone..

What about the anchor texts? Wouldn't it look spammy?
