Well quite a few, but here are some of my favorits:

- Yahoo! Directory
- Best of the Web Directory
- ODP - Open Directory Project
- Search Engine and Web Directory by Clush.com

.. and several more. Anyway I recommend to submit to niche directories related to the niche you are targeting. Here is a list of niche directories Web Directories | SEO Facility

As i think when it comes to best it is OPD and YAHoo Dir. But when it comes to important it is none
