Don't forget to always switch up your link text when your submitting to these directories. Obviously you can't change the name of your site but you can re-word your description and any other fields you have to fill out.

the way to go is to pay for directories with good pr.
1 link from a PR6 can give you a PR6 if it has no more than 2 outgoing links and a PR5 for less than 15 outgoing links.
