I was recently contacted by a company wanting to buy my site. But I have no idea how much it is worth. Unfortunatly I can't disclose the domain name but here's a few facts about it. It's a content site with over 58k pages indexed in Google, a page rank of 8, it recieves around 110K unique visitors per month and an average page view per user of 1.8. This has been profitable site for the last several years and supports three employees. I also link from this site to an ecommerce site for a SEO benifit, and I can't afford to lose any SEO traction there. So, any ideas on what it's worth?

Based on the importance and popularity of a site, it shall be around 5-10 times of your yearly income.
