We are currently working on a revamp of our website from scratch. We are having problems with the catalog section of the website. Due to the available leves (Department -> Section - > Category) we have to rename some of our product departments and add products to the appropriate catagories. Ex. We have military products, then military zippo lighters under neath that. Then we have another department called personal accessories, with military zippo lighter listed below that. My question is would we get penetalized for duplicate content by the search engines?

I dont believe you would because many sites list products / catagories on multiply places, just look at ebay!
