Where to submit your Blog? (LIST)

I wanted to start a thread of places to submit your blog for free. Not only that, but also the best sites out there to do so. I know it's been done for websites, so now it's time for the blogs to get their list. Please add any websites that are relevant so we can compile a large list. Thanks!

Even RORSeek.com will read your rss feed(.xml) and index it.

I think I am going to build a new rss search engine. What possible URL extensions could point to a rss feed (.xml etc)

Well is there a difference between submitting RSS feeds and submitting your blog to directories such as DMOZ and other indices? I'm new to blogging, so I'm used to submitting to website directories.
