I wrestled for a long time with how to approach this article. I found some pretty damning stuff when searching through the AOL user search logs that were recently leaked. I searched to assess you how easily a person could be identified and then spent some time pondering about whether I should pursue the information I found.

The New York Times made that decision a lot faster than I did.
