I am interested in hearing anything you have to say about RedZee.com PPC campaigns. I just wrote an article that discusses what appears to be some questionable tactics that RedZee employs to promote its customers. See the article here: http://news.stepforth.com/2006-news/...Reviewed.shtml

In short, my article discusses the fact that RedZee:
  • Intermingles paid ads with organic rankings without informing users (i.e. there is no "sponsored ad" notation next to the listing).
  • Has created a toolbar that when installed by a user manipulates the results of other search engines (such as MSN, Google and Yahoo) by pushing down the organic rankings and placing their client's paid ads above.

I am always interested in feedback and other opinions. Here are some questions that I am hoping to get some educated feedback on:

  • Have you found RedZee a good value for your buck?
  • Would you like to weigh in on the tactics they are using?
  • Perhaps you know of other search engines that use the same techniques?
  • RedZee's toolbar manipulates rankings on other search engines. Do you think this is legal? Do you know whether this is illegal?

I am looking forward to feedback.

Sounds just like any another shitbox PPC company out there to hack into your machine for click theft purposes.
