Default How do I get a search engine to stop indexing my pages?

Crazy subject, eh?
Okay here's the thing. My website is a wedding DJ site. I have documented most of music library and put them as seperate pages according to genre.
Over 90% of my hits point to one or the other music page. Over 90% of my hits searched for a song title (I believe they are searching for songs to download, which I don't offer).
The keywords I'm aiming for (wedding DJ, elegant wedding etc)are buried in my stats. I've tried creating pdf pages but it didn't slow down the hits.
I've considered removing the pages but I've had clients say it was a selling point when they saw a large classic rock section or latin section.

Should I just quit complaining about extra hits for non related services or is there some way of making the pages unreadable to searches but still visible to people poking around the site?

Has anyone else had this kind of problem?
Thanks, Lots of Love

Add the following to the <head></head> section of your page.
<meta name="robots" content="NoIndex, NoFollow" />
<meta name="googlebot" content="NoIndex, NoFollow" />

Or add a robots.txt file on your server. See... http://www.robotstxt.org/wc/norobots.html

I have a better idea though... Elaborate on what you already have and if you get alot of traffic for those terms optimize the pages and make something interesting out of them. That way you can capitalize on the extra traffic instead of it being a nuisance.

Two words: i-Tunes Affilate? I don't know if that's an option or if they even offer that, but it seems like it might be a good fit.
