Blogs - Article Sites Or Unique Content?
I write quite a lot of content/articles for my blog site which i will then also submit to a few good article sites to get my blog more interest. However doing this means i have little content on my site that is unique, and as i often hear that unique content is very important im not sure article sites are the right way to go.

Yahoo Sponsored Results
What could be the reason if YAHOO sponsored results showing up your website without our consent. Ok in easy words, I'm not running any PPC campaign for my site and yet yahoo sponsored search is showing our website in its results.

Changing Content Affect SERPS?
I have several pages on my site that are ranked for specific keywords. I've got backlinks with the keywords in the anchors, I've done all the neccessary with title and meta tags etc. Even the content has keywords sprinkled about.

Why Does This Keyphrase Not Rank Well?
As everyone on this forum seems to know the answers, I thought I would ask another question!!! Can anyone see why this page: The Green Man from HandcraftedUK does not rank well for the term 'the green man'? It's currently on page 14 on a Google UK search.

Google Tool To Specify Country Target
In webmaster tools you can specify which location you want to target your website at. As I have more than one sitemap, one for a UK part of a site and the other for the USA part of the site, I have chosen different options for each.

Keywords In URL For Google Not So Important?
I've read somewhere, maybe here that keywords in the url are not so important for google ranking but are for yahoo? Is this true? I'M so new to this! I'd love to know in a few words ( if anyone one would be so kind) whats the most important thing to have sorted for good SEO? Keyword density? Inbound links?

Here's a statement to think about. If you depend on the internet for your income, and you need people to find your website in order to get clients, then you are working for Google. The other day a client visited for a meeting and made the interesting remark that we´re all working for Google.

302 Redirect Stats
Looking at my website stats I am seing something odd. I have no 302 redirects set up on my website at all and yet in my stats I am seeing 31586 hits 77% being 302 temp redirects. I am feeling very uneasy about a few things I have spotted in the SE recently, as someone is using some script that seems to be scraping my site.

Dynamic Pages, Keyword Tools, SEO companies
1. Dynamic Pages: My friend's site is an e-commerce based site. It has around 2000 dynamic pages. Now, he has asked me to optimize the site especially for Google. The site has hardly 30 static pages. Rest (around 2000) are dynamic pages (.aspx). What will be the ideal solution to tackle this issue? Moreover, I have some idea about dynamic pages, which I would like to share with you all for confirmation. Please also correct me I am wrong.

Strict Filtering Problem
I've recently noticed that a site I work on is being filtered out of the search results when strict filtering is applied to my Google preferences. The site sells riding boots, saddles, horse tack and shooting jackets. We've had problems in the past with starting PPC campaigns because the text on the page throws up warnings which have to be over-ridden manually by somebody at Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Google Results Are We Special?
Ive seen on some big websites previously like Amazon or high street stores in google results it sometimes displays the main page of the website and then under this it has links to different areas of the site. I came across the same thing for our website when searching "Body jewelry Shopping" body jewelry shopping - Google Search.

PHP Auto Emailer Question
Our site has a number of customer triggered email generators. We've noticed recently that an increasing number of emails are not getting through.
I think this may be because our emails our being treated as spam, however the the 'from' address is one which the recipient has received emails OK previously.

Will Tweaking Affect My SEO?
My main site has about 30 pages. Currently my title tags are in ALL CAPS - a) is this affecting my SEO? In the search engines they obviously stand out a lot since they are in ALL CAPS, b) but is google penalizing me for this? c) If I change it to normal case, will this mess up my rankings? With all of my pages, I have keywords bolded, underlined and Italiced. On some pages I used the same keyword more than 7 times.

SEO Advice
Google used to love my site. Now it seems to hate it since i redesigned my site. Even when i search for unique text on my front page, its not found in google. Please can you give me advise / help on what could be causing this? Is my linking structure wrong?

How Many Legitimate Business Did Google Kill?
This has happened to me before, and is happening at a different online business again. For no apparent reason Google is penalizing our site:Testcountry.com. It must be a penalty since the site gets ample traffic from other search engines (Ask almost twice as Google Organic traffic , that should give you an idea), but there is definitely something.

SEO For Local Results?
A couple week ago I noticed my church (Cypess Meadows Community Church - Clearwater/Safety Harbor, FL) was not ranking well for any search phrases like "churches in Clearwater, FL" in Google, Yahoo, MSN, or Ask - not for a local search or for a general web search. The site didn't have any locaton information in the title, description, or keywords tags, so I went into the site and modified them.

How Can I Reduce My Heavy Page Size?
I have used navigational menus and a flash animation on the main page of my web site. The increase in weight of the page is obvious in this case. The page size is 170 K now. I thought this page size is too heavy for Google.
