Trouble getting Google indexed
I manage a few websites and have had no problem getting Google to index quite quickly (1-4 days) but this latest time of submitting a website via webmaster tools inc sitemaps; it is taking forever!

Another Adsense Domain Ban
It's a query about another google adsense ban for a domain. Actually
what happened is my friend got a message from google adsense about
misleading headings on his site, and he was given 3 days time by
google to fix the issue. He added the advertisement heading over
all the ads, but one ad unit remained as it is accidently. After
one week google banned adsense ads on his domains.

Uploading pics to Facebook via text/email
I'm of the old-school Facebook. Lately, I have been trying to upload pictures taken on my phone, and have been unsuccessful. I don't have the web on my phone, so I've been sending pictures via text message to e-mail (which used to work up until a few weeks ago).

Browser's Back Button Resubmits Form - Concerned About User Experience
FYI, I'm not concerned about the form resubmitting to the database -
it won't allow duplicate data. Instead, the user gets sent to a page
saying "this has already been submitted". This page has a top menu
and a side menu for the site, plus I could add a "click here to
continue" link or button. Is that enough?
