top of my page -- just under the top banner and to the far right

What Is Google Telling Me About Redirects?
When Google reports crawl errors on my site (404 - Not found), in most cases I'll add a redirect in my htaccess. I'll either (1) redirect visitors to the page they were supposed to arrive at (but didn't because the link url was improperly formattted), or if the targeted page no longer exisits on my site, (2) send them to a related page.

Slow down in sales after implementing new Shopping Cart and accepting CC's
My wife and I recently went from using the free version of ejunkie shopping cart (accepting Paypal and Google Checkout) to implementing Turnkey Media's "Sunshop" shopping cart. We made the transition in early December. In late December (week leading up to Christmas) we began accepting Credit Cards through CDG Commerce.
