Recently, the Obama Administration announced a privacy plan that would give consumers more control over their data.

 SERP Reporting Software
Back in the day (which wasn't all that long ago) most SEO people relied on SERP reporting software to generate their reports on the rankings of the websites they were working with but a lot of these programs are now getting shut down by the search engines before they are finished. To combat that we would reduce the number of keywords to query but even that is becoming less reliable it seems. I used IBP for a long time but am now looking for a different program, can anybody offer up some suggestions on good SERP report generating software?
Also, given that Google no longer offers up some of the keywords in the webmaster tools section I was curious about what other people are using now for keyword reporting. Sure I have some analytics on my server but generally speaking they only offer up the top 20 keywords or so and seeing as I get a lot of traffic for may keyword phrases, only seeing the top 20 isn't really cutting it.
Lastly, I was curious to know what kind of reports people are generating for clients these days given the unreliability of SERP reports over the past year or so. Are you putting more emphasis on Social Media reporting for example?

I have been looking for some accurate ideas about pricing for custom fan pages. So far, most of the prices I have found online have been so low that I would expect them to look like awful clip art.

Plugin for Autoresponder List
So I'm looking to start lists on my blogs (where you can set automatic e-mails to go out on specific days as well as broadcasts) & I asked someone who was working on the blogs to look for a free one for me & he said there was nothing (he also did terrible code I found out later on, but that's another story LOL).
So I told him to put Aweber's API on there (he did it on only one blog), but I am not a great fan of Aweber b/c it's very hard for me to learn (I don't have hours to sit & learn the ins & outs) & also I've asked them to change the e-mails we get when someone signs up, but they refuse to (been asking for years now as I find it hard to read fast).
Anyway, I'm hoping one of you guys knows of a good list plugin that is designed nicely & won't cost me money. I'm already paying for 1SC & Aweber, I won't pay for another one.

Obama Privacy Bill of Rights: Is It What the U.S. Needs Or Not?
The Obama Administration announced a privacy plan last week in hopes of increasing protections for consumer privacy. The Administration has been working toward this effort for several months and has created a framework consisting of a Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights, a multi-stakeholder process to determine how the rights will apply to the context of business, an adequate enforcement model, and a commitment to strengthen interoperability between the privacy standards in the U.S. and its global partners.
