Google AdWords/Google AdSense
Account Suspension for Tracking Links?

Account Suspension for Tracking Links?
We have an Adwords account for 8+ years, it was off for a few months and we started driving traffic again about a week ago. This time, we are using an affiliate program called Hasoffers simply for our internal tracking (we also us it for our affiliate program) and last night our account got suspended.

All traffic we send goes to our domain and all the software we sell is our software (disk utility software).

Two things that have changed, we are using targeted landing pages (http://www.raxco.com/pd/perfectdisk11/index.html) and we are using hasoffers for tracking.

The landing pages aren't doing anything odd but I am questioning whether the hasoffers links makes Google think that this is an affiliate doing arbitrage.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Am I the bad guy???

I was on another SEO forum that I am a member of and a thread about Scrapebox came up. I expressed with no aggression that I thought it was spam and therefore bad.

I then got flamed and told I was a troll because scrapebox is the best thing since sliced bread. Apparently it is a good thing to spam the internet with blog comments and I was there just to put it down and stir trouble???

So do I need to get with the times and agree there is a place for tools like xrummer and scrapebox or have I been flamed unjustly by some immoral, know-it-all SEO who just wants the quick win and won't last the time?

H1 and H2

Hi, I just have one question.

Do I get penalized by search engines if for example I switch the properties of H1 and H2 and if I also interchange their positions on a website?

See below:
Lorem Ipsum
Dolor Sit Amet

....from the text above H2 would be Lorem Ipsum which would contain the text properties of H1 (bigger and in bold) and H1 would be Dolor Sit Amet which would contain the text properties of H2 (smaller and in bold).

Internet Privacy Bill Voted Down in California

Social networks can breathe a sigh of relief since the Social Networking Privacy Act was shot down in the state of California. The bill, backed by State Senator Ellen Corbett, would have forced online companies such as Facebook, eHarmony, and Google, to make their user settings private by default.
