TGIF right? I am glad it's the weekend even though my weekend plans aren't going to be much fun. Cleaning and packing up some of my apartment. I am definitely dreading it! or
Should I submit my press release on PR Web, and then post it on my website?

Is This Some New SEO Technique?
I receive a lot of press releases every day, from different firms and PR agencies.
Over the last week I have noticed that a lot of press releases contain sections that are enclosed like {{this.}} (Usually, though not always, quotes from someone.)
Is using {{xxxxxx}} a new SEO technique or something similar? Because if so, it doesn't work on my sites, as it makes a story look so damn stupid, I just strip them out when I am using the quotes, so it seems a waste of time and just irritates journalists.

Right now I am using a free service called mycontactform. It is giving me some trouble
with the forms by not letting my clients submit there forms. The bandwidth has reached
its limit I guess.
