Bing is slowly ranking the site

Does anyone here notice that MSN or Bing is slowly ranking the site? I notice that some of our keywords that has rankings on Bing before was gone.

I have good ranking for google, yahoo and so Bing also shows good ranking.

Well, it might takes sometimes for Bing to rank a site but if you have quality articles, I do believe it will be rank faster.

Do you mean to say BING is de-ranking the present sites.

yeah, I think so. My site before has 20 keywords on top 30 of bing but now only 10 keywords are on top 30 of bing.

I am only having a handful of 5 keywords so they are still the same ranking. I guess they might streamline those keywords that are more related. As I do not have much keywords so that maybe why I am not directly affected like your situation.

It may be due to a change in algorithm.

I searched on Bing for a website which did not show up. However, another site with a link to the website did show up as a return.

Perhaps this is a dumb question, but could it not also be because Bing is still actively acquiring its database of indexed pages? If so, then your page would simply be finding itself inundated with more and more sites with competitive keywords, every day.

May be due to new indexing process, the sites may get low rankings for a while.

Could you clarify your question?
Do you mean your website or this forum, or individual's websites.
And what exactly do you mean by "slowing ranking"?
If your site, can you say what keywords and where you ranked before and after, if that's what you mean...
It seems to me that Bing results are similar to Google but not as good.

Bing is not doing too bad for me on some sites - I just wish they would update their webmasters area with a few more features!

I had the same experience. My homepage was ranked in a few keywords a couple months ago. Now all gone. But the "site" operator still says my homepage is indexed. Just don't know what keywords it is ranked.
