Did anyone observe Bing's PageRank?
It's PR9.
Within a short duration Bing has got the highest PR.
It's really amazing.

Only certain sites get recognized by Google. Earlier I've seen PR 2 or 3 for it but now it is PR9.

Bing is not new; it's live.com with a new name and some fancy tweaks.

Try to register new site and redirect old one with PR5 to new.

agree, the huge page rank increase was because they did redirects from the old live.com to the new bing.com and it takes about a full month to net wide populate. Also, they have tons of adverts in print/media/tv

I think bing got the PR9 because MSN is doing redirection to Bing.com when it was new.

Bing is still MSN.. they only made an update and changes
on the look of their site, URL and features.



I can say that Bing has a good PR and backlinks even after the changes has been made.

Yumm! Bing got millions of visitors and it is really appreciable matter to get 9 pr in very short period.

The site is new but the domain is not new.
It is created on 1996-01-28.

no wonder many sites are redirecting theirs to new sites for high PRs. Oh well, thats a secret

If the redirection is the only secret, then webmasters would use this as their tool to get high page rank.

I think MSN & bing merge and that's why MSN's pr pass out to bing.
