Ranking change with MSN and Hotbot

recently I exprienced a drop in ranking in MSN and Hotbot. I am a paid for iclusion customer of Inktomi , is there any change in how they rank or a reason for rank change ? I didn't change my web page but it dropped after Oct. 1
