Default How to remove deadlink from MSN

Some of my old pages are still in the resultlist, how do I get those out? I know about a tool for google but I havent found one for msn.

Have you tried blocking access to these old pages by robots.txt?

Have you removed the old pages from the server?

Have you 301 redirected the old pages to the new pages?

How long have you waited for the old pages to disappear?
